What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
I’ve always been an artist, ever since I was a kid I was always making art, whether that was sculptures, paintings, or drawings I’ve always loved to create. The idea of being able to create art for someone that will last a lifetime is so special and that is what initially drew me into the art of tattooing. As soon as I graduated high-school I landed an apprenticeship and I instantly fell in love with the craft.
Tell us about your preferred style of work.
I absolutely love American traditional, but I’m also a huge fan of black and grey micro realism and fine line tattoos.
What other styles are you known for?
Ornamental, lettering, floral, high contrast or anything that requires some crispy line work!
What inspires you as an artist?
Almost everything inspires me as an artist including music, the people around me, nature, and the stories clients share. I’m constantly finding inspiration in my everyday life.
Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist?
I’m always here for my clients and I strive to create something that you will love for a lifetime. I’ve always believed that tattoos shouldn’t be intimidating or scary. Tattoos should be meaningful, exciting, and done in a safe and comfortable environment. I love getting to know my clients and chatting during sessions, but I’m just as comfortable if you prefer a more calm and relaxed experience.
Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you?
I’m a patient and detail-oriented person, I’m always taking the time to answer questions and make sure my clients feel comfortable before, during, and after their tattoo.
