How long have you been tattooing professionally? I’ve been tattooing professionally for 2 years now! What inspired you into the art of tattooing? Watching cartoons inspired me to start drawing at the age of 10, fell in love with all types of art forms, I decided to start tattooing because I felt the connection with this craft from getting tattooed myself and knowing all the skill and dedication it takes, I knew it was a challenge I wanted to take because of my connection with art and music! Tell us about your preferred style of work. Doing Realistic tattoos is my favorite, getting details such as good line work, soft shades and transition of tones in a combination of different techniques put together. What other styles are you known for? I am known for doing black and grey, semi-realism, and fine line tattoos as well as other style such as Japanese traditional and realistic portraits. What inspires you as an artist? Coming from a low-income background it has always been an inspiration to achieve financial goals but most importantly my kids inspire me to become the best artist I can be because they love doing art as well! (They are following my footsteps). Knowing that your art will forever be printed on someone’s skin, and they will be proud to show your art to the world, nothing can match that feeling Why should someone pick you for their next tattoos/to be their artist? I am a well-rounded talented tattoo artist, with a very steady hand, willing to work on any design or custom idea, while giving the best of my skill and art abilities! Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you? Every chance I get to tattoo someone new is a chance to know the world through a different set of eyes! Tattoos connect people and the world, I wouldn’t wish to be doing anything else in the world! :) |
