What inspired you into the art of tattooing? My mom has always been covered in tattoos, so I've always been interested in the art of tattoos. It wasn't until I was around 15 years old and about to graduate when I decided I wanted to be an artist. I remember sitting in my room watching Ink Master and that's honestly what sparked it. I've always loved drawing and once i realized that was a career option for me I knew I wanted to be a tattoo artist Tell us about your preferred style of work. At the moment I prefer fine line but I want to be knowledgeable in all styles eventually. What inspires you as an artist? What inspires me as an artist is looking at things that are deemed dark and scary and figuring out how to make it beautiful. I've found that wonderful things can happen even in the darkest of times and that there can be beauty in pain Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist? You should pick me to be your artist because I pay attention to detail and since I am still growing as an artist, I put a lot of time and energy into my work in efforts to establish myself as a reputable artist. I love getting to know my clients because at the end of the day, it's not just a tattoo but also the experience clients get to have coming in! |
