How long have you been tattooing professionally? About three years. What inspired you into the art of tattooing? Art has always been the one constant in my life. No matter what stage I was in or what I was going through, creating was always there. So, when it came time to choose a career, I didn’t want to settle for something that felt disconnected from who I am. Tattooing felt like a natural progression — it brought together everything I already loved: drawing, storytelling, working with people, and making something meaningful. Tattooing isn’t just a job for me — it’s a craft that gives me purpose. Tell us about your preferred style of work. My style is rooted in black and grey with a strong emphasis on fine line work and stipple shading, giving my work a soft, textured feel that still holds precision. I love tattooing classic motifs, timeless imagery that’s been passed down through tattoo history, and the challenge of giving them a fresh take. At the same time, I’m equally drawn to unconventional subject matter — things that fall outside the typical flash sheet. Whether it’s surreal imagery, personal symbols, obscure references, or something completely abstract, I love when a client brings me an idea that’s a little weird, specific, or offbeat. What other style(s) are you known for? I’m also known for traditional, neo-traditional, color work and script. I believe I move comfortably between styles without losing the attention to detail and care that defines my approach. In my approach to traditional and neo-traditional pieces, there’s a clear respect for strong linework and bold composition, but in my own way. Whether it’s in the color palette, the way you build texture, or how you balance classic themes with modern execution. What inspires you as an artist? My work is deeply shaped by the cultures I’m part of and surrounded by — not just tattoo culture, but of music, heritage, and alternative aesthetics that have influenced how I see and create art. That influence shows up in my tattoos through intentional composition. Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist? If you come to me for a tattoo, you’re getting a piece that’s been thoughtfully crafted, collaboratively designed, and made with care. I put everything I have into each tattoo I do, whether it’s a small script or a full-day custom piece. My goal is always the same: to make sure you walk away with something you’re genuinely proud to wear for life. Anything else you'd like prospective clients to know about you? • I care about the experience, not just the tattoo. Whether it’s your first tattoo or your tenth, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and involved. I take the time to talk through ideas, placement, sizing, and meaning so we can make something that feels right • Clean, professional, and safe practices matter to me. Your safety and comfort are never compromised. • I’m constantly growing. I’m always pushing myself to learn, improve, and evolve — whether that’s through drawing outside of tattooing, experimenting with new techniques, or taking inspiration from unexpected places. • I value your time and mine. |
