How long have you been tattooing professionally? I have been in a professional shop for 2 years. What inspired you into the art of tattooing? My inspiration was from childhood with the wonder of art and seeing art on human skin. I have three goals I told myself as a child: 1.) Military 2.) motorcycle 3.) Tattooing. I have done all three. I realize my inspiration is a child’s dream I intend on holding on to it. Tell us about your preferred style of work. Black and grey/realism. I love to examine and replicate the details of my subjects. It’s so rewarding to make a piece come to life on a client's skin, that is something that makes my artistic brain happy. What other styles are you known for? Anime style, with bold lines to fine lines, colors that bounce off one another, to the softness of shading, I love it all. Some of my biggest inspirations are Junji Ito and Kentaro Mirua. To be able to mimic their work is always an honor. What inspires you as an artist? My emotions fuel my artwork. All of the struggles and beauty life has to offer is daily inspiration and I truly pour all of myself into my work. I take pride in communicating emotion through my work. Why should someone pick you for their next tattoos/to be their artist? You should pick me because I want to see your vision come true. From big ideas to small, I will give 110% of my attention to the project. You are my canvas and as an artist I always respect my canvases. I am a creative from my brain to my hands this is what I love to do. Art is my life and my passion! Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you? At the end of the day, you will walk around with my work, and I want nothing but the best for you to show off. I want you to feel like you’re understood and appreciated in every step of the process. |
