Kay

A resident artist at our Ink Couture Tattoos Austin and San Marcos location, Kirsten "Kay" is a rising star in the tattoo industry.  Taking the industry by storm, she is known for her eye for detail and exceptional linework, Kay is sought out for her beautiful meticulous delicate tattoos including fine line, blackwork, stipple shading dot-work, and minimalist tattoos, although her color floral motifs are equally impressive.  In addition, Kay is also certified microblading artist, specializing in natural looking sweat-proof, waterproof eyebrows.  Her strong background in art of all mediums makes her a natural at the art of tattooing and permanent makeup. 

What is your preferred style of tattooing?
My preferred style of tattooing is neotraditional dot work.

What inspires you as an artist?
My tattooing has been inspired by the many amazing artists I am surrounded by every day and the beautiful new styles that have been pushing out of this traditional industry.  This shop in general, has inspired me for letting me be free in new ideas and styles.
