Gibby

With a residency at our Shaenfield Ranch Ink Couture Tattoos, Gibby is a tattoo prodigy with a passion for black and grey realism and realistic tattoos, although he excels in all styles from stippling and dot-work to linework and full color custom pieces.  He lives and breathes the art of tattooing and that passion is reflected in his masterpieces. 

What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
Prison culture inspired me into the art of tattooing from all the artists around me.  From pencil to charcoal and from paint to ink.  This was 2010, all over Texas prisons until my release in 2020.

Tell us about your preferred style of work.
Black and grey realism and this is the main style I'm known for and prefer to do.

What inspires you as an artist?
Other artists around me and being able to transform somebody's self-image and build their confidence through an amazing piece of artwork.
