How long have you been tattooing professionally?
I've been tattooing professionally since the beginning of 2021, starting in my hometown of Corpus Christi. Then, I moved to San Antonio to further my tattoo career in 2022 and now I'm thrilled to be here in Austin!
What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
I love to create and to be grounded with the world. I always felt drawn to tattooing and how much of an extrovert I am and how I strive to just give a different look to the world, with all my own body modifications and tattoos! I love the beauty and the power that art can bring. Tattooing is just my way of letting my art be appreciated from the skin to the world: wherever life takes us.
Tell us about your preferred style of work.
Fine line black and grey and stippling are my ideal styles. With the soft and clean strokes of stippling to the highlights and shadows of black and grey, I love the outcome of these kinds of pieces leaving my clients with super clean artwork on them. Although I can produce more of a diverse range of styles, those two are my all-time favorites to display.
What other styles are you known for?
I feel I'm more known for my dark, spooky, witchy, demonic work. It's what I love to create the most and what the people who have been following me for awhile always come to me for: my custom dark work. I grew up loving horror and witchy films and creating pieces in that range of style just comes naturally.
What inspires you as an artist?
Like I said before, art has always been a part of my life. I can easily say my aunt and uncle inspire me to grow my art. They had their paintings on display in museums in Florida, Texas and California. Growing up, it just sparked so much interest in growing as an artist.
Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you?
No matter who, what, or where you are in life, you're beautiful...let's put some ink on ya!
