Tatty B

Tatty B is a resident artist at our Ink Couture Tattoos 281 North/San Pedro location.  Over the past few years, Tatty has become a rising star in the South and Central Texas tattoo community.  Featured on billboards and media and gaining a fast fan following, Tatty has quickly become an in-demand, go-to artist for bold color realism, black and grey realism, and bright colors and bold graphic tattoos. 

What inspired you into the art of tattooing?
I remember watching Miami Ink and LA Ink as a kid and it sparked my interest.  I've always loved tattoos and art in general.  It's always been something I wanted to do.

Tell us about your preferred style of work.
I like to do a lot of color realism and black and grey realism. 

What inspires you as an artist?  
My biggest inspiration is my family, but also seeing the other artists and work they produce also inspires me.

Why should someone pick you for their next tattoo/to be their artist?
I'm known to have a light hand and my clients reactions to their tattoos is the reason I love my career.  I understand the client perspective.  I'm also a good time and I'm funny.

Anything else you'd like for prospective clients to know about you?
I love horror movies! My favorite is Chucky!  I'm all about positive vibes and good energy and making my clients feel welcome and comfortable in my chair.  Let's be "friends til the end."
